Hallmark Channel’s Falling in Love in Niagara was filmed on location in the stunning, surreal, and spectacular Niagara Falls.
This gives the cast and crew a chance to soak in the falls’ grandeur.
New Hallmark dives into spring with Falling in Love in Niagara, which follows a story that will make your eyes mist over a waterfall.
The film’s official Synopsis is as follows: After her fiancé leaves her before their wedding, Madeline goes to Niagara Falls to honeymoon without him. There, she reconnects with her adventurous side, learns to let go, and finds new love.
Where was Hallmark Channel’s Falling in Love in Niagara filmed?
Hallmark returns with ‘Niagara’ about a young woman as her fiance leaves her just before their upcoming wedding.
Most of Hallmark’s original films and TV series are typically filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
But Hallmark has taken other filming shots for the Falling in Love in Niagara, which was actually filmed on location in Niagara Falls.
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is one of the most beautiful rivers. It has formed three waterfalls: Canadian Falls (Horseshoe Falls), Bridal Veil Falls, and American Falls, all famous for their extraordinary beauty.
In addition to having one of the highest flow rates, Niagara Falls’s Canadian Horseshoe Falls crest line is about 670 meters (2,200 ft) wide.
The Niagara River connects to the Great Lakes of Erie and Ontario.
However, Niagara Falls is one of the fastest-moving waterfalls in the world, moving back seven miles in 12,500 years.
Marietta Grebiak directed the film, which Carly Smalley wrote.
It stars Jocelyn Hudon, Dan Jeannotte, Masa Lizdek, Bert Cardozo, Tomas Chovanek, and Sukhman Gill.
Creating the sights and attractions of Niagara Falls and the surrounding city where Madeline “reconnects with her adventurous side” and “learns to let go,” as summarized by Hallmark.
The actress also meets the tour guide, revealed in a glimpse of the parade, who “persuades Maddie to adopt a touch of spontaneity so that together they can discover the hidden wonders of Niagara Falls.”
However, Hallmark did provide an official description of the film:
“After her fiancé leaves her before their wedding, Madeline goes without him to Niagara Falls for her honeymoon. There, she reconnects with her adventurous side, learns to let go, and finds new love. Starring Jocelyn Hudon and Dan Jeannotte.”
