Netflix is again bringing a new film for you whose story will be unique and interesting.
But this time, the streaming channel has brought a different story about a mother and daughter, which is going to win the hearts of many audiences.
Mother of the Bride is a combination of comedy, drama, and romance led by Mark Waters, who is also involved in making Mark Waters, La Dolce Villa, and Harvest Moon.
The screenplay was by Robin Bernheim and features Brooke Shields, Benjamin Bratt, Miranda Cosgrove, Rachael Harris, and Sean Teale in the leading roles.
The popular streaming channel has just dropped the trailer around Lana, Will, Emma, and RJ.
Trailer Reveals the Premise
The two-minute trailer shows that Emma and RJ will get married in Thailand, but the story twists when Emma’s mother and RJ’s father meet each other.
When both of them meet, they come to know that the partner chosen by their children is none other than their close ex’s kid.
As you can see in the trailer, Lana and Will do not want to spoil their children’s happiness because of their past relationship, so they happily marry their children.
What the film is about?
This is the story of Emma and her mother, Lana. Emma was living abroad in London, and when she returned after a year, she told her mother, Lena, that she was getting married in a month in Phuket, Thailand.
Soon, Emma discovered that her future son-in-law was the son of the man who had broken her heart years earlier.
Brad Krevoy produced the film for Living Films, and Mother of the Bride will be available to watch worldwide on Netflix on May 9, 2024.
